Student Internship at NeuroForge

From August 30 to September 9, Raphael Dappe (15 years old) from the Markgräfin-Wilhelmine-Gymnasium-Bayreuth completed a student internship at NeuroForge.

Zu Beginn seines Praktikums bekam er einen Development-Server wie jeder andere Entwickler bei uns. Die Erstellung des SSH-Key hielt er dabei im unternehmensinternen Handbuch fest. Darauf folgte die Einführung in die Programme Git und GitHub und der anschließende Einsatz. Raphael lernte mit dem Projekt docker-Iviv das Prinzip von Virtual Environments und Dockern. Das von Raphael geschriebene Programm ist dabei in der Lage mit Hilfe von KI, Zahlen aus Bildern zu erkennen.

As he progressed, he learned more functions in programs and then wrote his own small applications. In the application, he was able to incorporate AI Dall-E to generate images with the program.

At the end of the internship, he went with Jonas Szalanczi and Thomas Lachner to the server center in Nuremberg, where he was able to gain further insights into the world of a software company.
